After submitting prior assessments and clinical info, a comprehensive interview is conducted with a psychiatrist or clinician. An AI companion aids in generating a full clinical report that includes an overview of target symptoms, assessments of stressors like substance use, prescription reviews (dosages, side effects, compliance, effectiveness), and safety assessments for suicide and self-harm. The final standardized psychiatry report features a summary, suggested DSM-5 diagnoses, recommendations for local resources, and identified target symptoms for monitoring and follow-up plans.
